There is no denying that we are living through un-precedented times. Everyone has felt some kind of personal change during this major 2020 year shift in consciousness.
I am really beginning to feel reflective as Mars goes retrograde and my fire creative, get it done energy is hot. I had really big visions for 2020 that I never got to follow through on. Like hosting circles in my large communal gathering space at my home. I am fortunate to have the support of my local markets to vend at all summer safely. I’m also lucky to be able to build community during these times of social distancing. Mars in retrograde is forcing me to revisit a particular past project I’m passionate about. I am launching a new Patreon. You can be directed on my homepage www.AudritheAlchemist.com to check out what subscriptions I have available right now. I want to begin to build the friendships we all need as we head into the darker months. The season of inward reflection. I will be offering How-To Witchcraft videos, moon rituals, and much more.
2020 has been challenging in many different ways. I choose to be resilient and adapting in a positive way as I’m innovating ways to connect with clients and deliver handmade magickal and ritual tools to my community. I have tested out Etsy and Instagram, but I am confident I can deliver my services on any platform. Patreon is new to me, but I am excited to deliver a streamlined service to patrons. Although going virtual this coming season is inevitable, my favorite is being able to have human to human connection that is only unique by physical presence of another. Here are some pictures of my booth from this year.
Thank you to all who have come by to chat and connect with me. This was my second year at this market and I have grown so much as an artisan crafter. I began doing markets selling herbs and teas for another company. I’ve evolved by offering my own art and handmade tools.
My friend is joining me for the rest of the summer. Tallulah is a magicakal herbal goddess serving up her magickal tea blends (figuratively). She forages and uses some herbs we have grown. Come say hi to us every Sunday through October (weather permitting)
Welcome to my page! My name is Audri and I am so honored that you have decided to come visit. I offer coaching, services and handcrafted tools to aid you in your own personal journey. I intend that what I offer can span across mind-body-soul.
Training to balance Mind-Body-Soul has been my core life value and I have helped many clients transform thier body as a personal trainer. I noticed that there was much more to aiding a client through such life changes then providing movement. The balance of mind over body, body to soul, and soul and mind is an art of the master manifesting humans. I utilize all my tools that I gained as a personal trainer, holistic healer, and creative entrepreneur. Alignment and balance is the key to manifesting.
I feel it’s important to me to inspire and support as many people through thier own transformations. Especially during a radical time like 2020.
Where did I study magic?
Throughout my life I was exposed to many sources (and have many stories) of magic and spiritual experiences. I wanted more formal magical knowledge and history to help me understand magic across the world. I found that through a community called Sage Goddess, with priestess/ teacher Athena. Sage Goddess is the largest magical shop in LA. Over the years, I introduced many clients to this community. I completed a year long intensive course through SG that helped support my development in crystal and energetic healing. I gained knowledge about crystal healing throughout ancient history and was certified through Sage Goddess.
Thank you for your time to read this information. Feel free to connect with me directly with any questions or inquires you have. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
Q- I am a healer who comes on contact with many low vibrations emitting from hurt people everyday. My life’s work is to help them heal but I find myself energetically drained after working on so many people every day. It’s all worth it but how can I support my healing energy without sacrificing my quality as talented healer?
I use the chakra model and study how it affects the emotional body of ones mind-body-soul balance. I like to use tools to help charge each chakra. A chakra stone set to lay on your body might be helpful. Staying aligned is key!
Wearing an oil is like imagining a shield between you and your clients to avoid energy attachments. As a healer you should ground yourself before you work. I suggest a clearing of energy when you feel overwhelmed or energetically drained. Like after your a business trip or high stress. I have a few suggestions.
To help ground your energy. Anointing oil is just an example of some of the magic. If charged with crystals, you can add energy to the oil blend that matches your intention.
Wear jewelry to protect your healing energy. A piece of jewelry over your heart space can act as a healer to your heart. Prehnite stones are known as the healer stone, healing the heart of the healer. Even just carrying a tumbled stone in your pocket can help.
To cleanse your space of any energy you might of carried home you should smudge. A kit that offers a variety of tools is great to get you started. There are many pieces to the kit which allows for one to experiment with what resonates with the beginner the most.
To cleanse your aura you should try bathing in a salt bath or one of my specialty Ritual Bath Bombs. The salt used holds a vibration and aroma that will rinse away what energies have attached to the healer and rejuvenating a healers healing energy.
To support a your own knowledge in how to use specific gems for healing or ritual take magical courses. I offer patreon subscriptions that offer in depth wisdom and the uses of stones in different ancient cultures.
As a holistic healer you’ll have the ability to do just this. You too can help support your clients energetic wellness by suggesting products and classes to help support their transformation. This is better then having clients suck more from you then they need to. They too can learn how to support their energy.
I offer many of these tools and will be opening a shop right here on my webpage. Stay tuned for the Fall and winter ritual products and subscriptions I will be offering.
Question: What stones and techniques can I use to help me with sleep? My young daughter keeps waking up at night and I’m suffering from sleep deprivation!
When I work with my stones I let the process be a very natural and intuitive. I learn to bond with my stones it what best way suits the energy and what feels right. I cannot tell you exactly how to create this bond with your stones because everyone is unique with their own energies.
I understand your need for sleep. I am right there beside you with this topic. I identify as a conscious parent and have always have consideration for the emotional needs of my daughter. We are constantly putting our needs last. Like sleep.
To help support myself and my family I place crystals in a patterns ( in a grid, or placed strategically in the home) intended to help her and I sleep.
There is not a one way to grid. You can customize any grid and work with whatever calls to you.
I would suggest Sodalite for your babe and some of the others for you and your partner. The other two are very powerful.
Amethyst and rose quartz are very soothing to grid with too! You can use a rose quartz generator to invite love into the space.
More about gridding.
I hope this inspires you! I can always chat about crystals. Let me know if I can personally help you out. 🙂

Myofascial release is a major component of a program for every client. With regular myofascial release, I am able to coach clients through problematic past injuries and straighten hunched backs. This important practice can also save athletes from high performance injuries. What type of tools and how the tool are used varies from client to client. One tool doesn’t work for everyone. Some are simpler and more versatile, while others are specific. I have compiled a list of useful trigger point, and myofascial released tools. These are just standard suggestions and tools I commonly use. After I teach you technique, you can use any tool and benefit from less pain and performance enhancements in your daily life.
*Clicking on the name of the tool will direct you to my Amazon affiliate link of that product. You can purchase exactly what I recommend and personally use.
Trigger Point Foam Roller- As a new momma, I have been relying heavily on my orange gridded roller. They come in different lengths. The grid texture help release deep tissue. I would consider Trigger Point brand as the industry standard. I’ve taken my foam roller outdoors on overnight backpacking adventures to quickly recover at camp. The hollow center makes it easy to strap onto a backpack. When you travel it can go in a suitcase and protect toiletries or other items inside the hollow center.
Trigger Point Massage Ball– I find that it’s nice to sometimes have a ball with some give. The ball is swirled with varying foam densities so that as you roll over your muscles and trigger points, it massages deep fibers.
Lacrosse Ball– My tried and true go-to most versatile trigger point tool. It’s small enough to be left in your car (so you can roll your back while in traffic), a gym bag, and even on the trail backpacking. It’s made of dense rubber and can be a tad intense if used on the hard ground. Some athletes who have dense muscle might need the focal intensity in trouble areas vs a senior with soft tissue who might bruise. Regardless, this is an inexpensive great tool to use.
Soft Large Foam Roller– This is a great beginner foam roller. It is large and not as dense as the trigger point roller. This roller is great for those with softer tissue, beginners, and someone who is just to sore from a workout. There is no texture to it and is long enough to move around on easily.
Dense Large Foam Roller- These are the standard rollers in gyms and in physical therapy. It is lightweight and long enough to be able to move around on . This is meant for someone who needs more pressure than a soft roller and if a gridded trigger point roller is too intense.
Tiger Tails– These are wands with textures or beads to help target large muscles with more focal intensity. These are great for the hamstrings, calves, and quads. Not always a necessity, but if rolling the hamstrings with a large roller isn’t working tiger tails are a great option. If you have help, this can be useful for the hard to reach area where your neck meets your shoulders, the trapezius.
Trigger Point Hamstring Rollers– Clients who are rehabilitating hamstring tears or those who need to gain flexibility will find this tool useful. Can be used for quads and calves as well.
Vibrating Foam Rollers- These once hard to find rollers are starting to be noticed. I would reserve to invest in one like this if you are a athlete or bodybuilder with dense muscles. The vibration really helps the blood flow directing nutrients into the muscles that are sore from recovery.
Rumble Rollers- These rollers look like they came from the medieval times. They are not meant to be for a beginner. Theses are reserved for those who like the pain. Bodybuilders and crossfit folk like to use these to target deep muscle tissue. I just find it annoying to be poked randomly hoping to get a release.
An important fact is that there is a window of opportunity to strength train underactive muscles after releasing overactive muscles. Most of the time I prescribe band resistant training to help correct postural issues or functional movement. Closed bands are used for the lower body while ribbon bands are used for upper body.
Have you ever heard or can relate to saying “pour your heart and soul into…”. Usually it is said when it has to do with someone or something you are passionate about. You know that feeling, if you can relate, to that burning fire inside the heart space that can flame up into your ears as you hear your heart beat in your head? Yeah, that’s passion. The fire, passion is what drives us conscious humans to be productive in life. For some it might be their health, fitness, a career, a cause and for others it might their family.
Passion comes in shades of flaming colors, brilliant energies, and a wide spectrum of frequencies that can be felt even in the most intimate settings. Passion is what provides the power to drive us. It’s that invisible force that can help spark love amongst the heart space within a relationship. I personally believe a great and lasting relationship is one that each person shares many of the same passions with the other.
I have a passion that drives me to be better parent and to spend time exploring and being in nature, all while inspiring others and working personally with clients. My dear significant other also shares many of the same passions.
At the time that I wrote this my love, the father of my child, was adapting to his temporary life in a cast. My soul being constantly poured out, and my physical body and mind was running on empty and on carb fuel.
My body began to suffer or become slightly imbalanced with the donut I had. Geeze, I think I had 2 donuts in one post, just last week. My weight has been fluctuating. I had lost another 5 pounds before Austin (July 2017), but quickly gained it back the time I was there. Don’t even get me started about the lack of time in the gym… I missed my ab class that I was taking.
My mind began to just feel unbalanced too! I was forgetful. I was feeling unorganized but in reality I’d only been getting MORE organized. I have just been going and going, one micro-plan by micro-plan. On top of that things were taking 30 min longer to accomplish. It’s exhausting and I was relying on caffeine so much more than I ever have. I’m was to busy feeding my 7mo old baby and organizing and cleaning to remember to eat. Yeah. My mind was totally imbalanced.
With the MIND and BODY pillars of my being un-blanaced I was left to rely on my soul. The third pillar that I live by. How am I still functioning as a conscious human being? My soul. What drives my soul… My passions. Who or what is my passion? My lil family, my health, and helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Every one of my passions I “pour my heart and soul into”.
When I am pouring and pouring and pouring, what fills the cup of my soul? My passion is the fire that warms up the cup and whatever love that fills it. This past weekend I relied on my friends, to fill my cup, my soul, with love and happiness. The contents of the cup is to only be warmed by my passion and to be poured out my family, and clients. This is how I function, and have been conscious of this for years. How do you manage your spiritual energy? It’s definitely part of your overall health.
My spiritual health has improved and strengthened through this experience.I have collected many stones that also help with my energy, aura, or vibes. The soul needs to be in good working condition if the other pillars are crumbling. I use the energy to help rebuild what has crumbled. My BODY will once again improve functioning with a clean diet because it’s an imbedded passion of mine to eat whole, organic, local and non-GMO foods. My MIND will begin to refocus after I am in a place where I can feel surrounded by nature.
Keeping the cup of my soul filled will ultimately help me keep the passion in my heart worth burning strong. I have to give credit to one very kind soul I met years ago that explained this to me. It’s been my go to mantra to imagine and meditate on this concept.
Maybe this post helps inspire you, the reader, to realize what fills your cup and what fuels the flame that keeps it warm.
