I am super proud of myself. I might not be practicing inversions as much anymore, hence my shakiness... but I am loving the payoff of the work I have put in to mobility and core strength to be able to just do this... Eeek. Excited to feel like I'm doing acrobatics again! Having a C section 6 years ago has changed the way I feel training my lower core. It's been a challenge to train in anything without serious aches and a recovery period. Doing fun things like acrobatics is something that always is exciting to have in my training programs. I'm looking forward to the challenge again! I want to play more!
