I am super proud of myself. I might not be practicing inversions as much anymore, hence my shakiness... but I am loving the payoff of the work I have put in to mobility and core strength to be able to just do this... Eeek. Excited to feel like I'm doing acrobatics again! Having a C section 6 years ago has changed the way I feel training my lower core. It's been a challenge to train in anything without serious aches and a recovery period. Doing fun things like acrobatics is something that always is exciting to have in my training programs. I'm looking forward to the challenge again! I want to play more!

✨Witch powder puff will win best sewed? So here I have my little beauties all lined up and will soon be filled with luxurious shimmering body powders. I got some great feedback from my clients about my powders so I’ll be formulating my powders similar to last summers floral and sensitive skin recipes. I have been wanting to do this project for sometime. This winter has been the best time to slow down enough to practice new projects and I had to be choosy what would be the best investment of my time learning the curve. In my mind as an artist, I think what other creativity could this unlock?
